Shipping Methods
When you purchase items from Hawkes Learning Systems/Quant Systems, you have several shipping options, and should be aware of our shipping practices.
UPS is unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Hawkes Learning Systems/Quant Systems and UPS follow a business day calendar. We do NOT ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) should ship the following business day.
Ground Shipping Example
Ground orders placed on Monday after 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), should ship Tuesday. Delivery dates range from 4-9 days depending on recipient location.
Three Day Shipping Example
Three Day orders placed on Thursday after 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), should ship Friday and be delivered on Wednesday.
Second Day Shipping Example
Second Day orders placed on Thursday after 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), should ship Friday and be delivered on Tuesday.
Next Day Shipping Example
Next Day orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), should ship Monday and be delivered on Tuesday.
Backordered Items
We will notify you if one of your selections is on backorder, and retain this backorder for out of stock items for 30 days. If the item is not back in stock after this period, we will notify you so that you can make another selection. If the product is back in stock within 30 days, we will fulfill the original order. Note that if some of your order of multiple items is out of stock, the stock items will be shipped right away.
You can always cancel your order while you are waiting for it to get back in stock. Simply e-mail your request to support@hawkeslearning.com. Please be sure to include your order number with your request.
Billing
Along with your shipment, you will receive an invoice documenting item charges, applicable sales tax, and shipping charges. Your invoice will state that you have prepaid your order by credit card. Your credit card will be charged the day the product ships.

CREDIT CARD Orders Online: All orders are processed using Yahoo’s! Secure Server. We accept Visa and MasterCard for payment. We will not sell, lend or otherwise distribute your personal information or email address.
